By accessing or using the Northfield Flow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Enterprise Usage

The platform is provided for enterprise resource allocation and governance. Users are responsible for the accuracy of sprint data inputted into the system. Northfield Data Solutions is not liable for misallocated developer bandwidth resulting from erroneous user configurations.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for our core dashboard features under our standard enterprise SLA. Exclusions apply for scheduled maintenance.
